Starting the season

It is important that you Like us on Facebook for any updates or changes to the schedule. For individual teams, you all have access to your Team Home Page by going to www.eyfl.org homepage, click on TEAM CENTRAL--->TEAM DIRECTORY--->and find your team. You can communicate with your team through your team homepage. This year Dick's Sporting goods also has a Team Manager App available for free. If your team is interested in using it to help manage your team you need to have a coach or team parent set up your team on the app. Once you enter your team roster and staff info invites will be emailed out to allow parents to join. The app allows you to easily message the team, individual parents or coaches and add your schedule for practice/game day and allow rsvp and sends reminders before the scheduled event. Parents can share pictures through the messenger as well. This is not a requirement, just another option to stay connected with your team. *If you have multiple parents using different emails please help us keep them informed as only the primary account holder will receive emails. Any parent is allowed to join the Dick's Team Manager App to stay up to date.

TEXT ALERTS
if you are interested in signing up for text alerts (used for cancellations/updates) you can text the keyword: AllUsers to the number 84483 and you will be included in any future text. To stop receiving alerts, text STOP to the same number.

Each team should have a team parent assigned, some may have more than one. Team parents should be your initial contact for any questions/concerns so that the coach is able to concentrate on coaching. Any fundraiser info should be available through the team parent. If snacks are being assigned please note any allergies your team may have (on the roster that was emailed earlier).

Staff will try to have water on hand but it is the player's responsibility to bring water to practice/games. Please help remind your player to drink before activity to ensure they are well hydrated.

As an important reminder, please help us keep the practice/game fields and bleachers clean.
